SERVICES AND FEES:

Dog Spay/Neuter
Includes: Exam, Rabies and Distemper combo vaccines, pain injection, pain medicine to go home, and e-collar (cone) (e-collar included for males only) Prices are the same with / without vaccines.
   • 8 to 59 lbs: $125
   • 60 to 99 lbs: $150
   • 100 to 149 lbs: $175
   • 150 lbs and up: Varies by patient

Cat Spay/Neuter
Includes: Exam, Rabies and Distemper combo vaccines, pain injection and take home pain medicine (take home pain medicine included for females only) Prices are the same with / without vaccines.
   • Male $75
   • Female $85

Heat/Pregnancy
   • Dogs Additional: $30-45
   • Cats Additional: $15-20

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Note: Available to patient being spayed or neutered on day of surgery only.

Microchip for permanent pet identification:
   • $25 (lifetime registration, even if you move!)

Heartworm testing for dogs
   • $20

Heartworm prevention with proof of negative HW test
   • $35 (6-dose box)

Frontline Application (Kills Fleas and Ticks)
   • $15

Para-Defense Application (Kills Fleas, Flea eggs, and Flea Larvae)
   • $10
Generic Advantage 2

Feline Leukemia / FIV test for cats
   • $25

Feline Leukemia vaccine (STRONGLY recommend testing first)
   • $15

Profender Topical Dewormer for cats
   • $15

E-Collar (cone)
   • Male Dogs (included with neuter)

$3 service fee for all credit/debit card transactions.

Note: One $10 Discount per visit, not per pet.
